Until then, treat this as a statement of intent: the product processes Contact data (Telegram identifiers, conversation content, tags, and custom fields) on behalf of the organisation that operates the bot. Organisation members authenticate on the admin host (app.*), not on this marketing site. This site sets no cookies and keeps no session.

GDPR erasure and export are handled inside the admin product, not on this page. If you need a copy of the data BottBuddy holds, contact the organisation that runs the bot you spoke with, or write to the operator listed once this policy is final.
