BottBuddy

Design the conversation. BottBuddy runs the bot.

Connect a Telegram bot, publish a Flow, and reach the Contacts who match a Segment. When a thread needs a person, hand it to an agent — the bot steps aside.

A Contact moving through a published Flow: a welcome message, a wait, a condition, then handover to an agent.

What you run from the desk

Three surfaces, one vocabulary. Contacts are the people on Telegram — never mixed up with the people on your team.

  1. Flows

Draw the path in the visual editor and publish a version. Contacts walk that pinned snapshot — a draft never leaks into a live chat.

  2. Campaigns

Broadcast a Campaign to a Segment or the full list. We report delivered: Telegram does not tell bots who opened a message, so BottBuddy never claims a viewed metric.

  3. Inbox

A handover node opens the conversation for an agent. Replies go out as the bot. Close the thread and the Flow can resume.

How it works

Order matters. Connect first, then publish, then broadcast, then hand over.

  1. 01

    Connect a bot

Register the Telegram bot you already have. BottBuddy stores the token encrypted and sends every outbound message through the per-bot queue.

  2. 02

    Design a Flow

Messages, delays, conditions, and tags. Publish when it is ready. Contacts execute that version until you publish again.

  3. 03

    Broadcast a Campaign

Target a saved Segment — tags and fields, evaluated at send time — or the whole Contact list. Watch delivered, clicks, and replies.

  4. 04

    Hand over to an agent

When the Flow reaches a handover, the conversation lands in the inbox. An agent replies; the bot stays quiet until they close it.
